Service animals are always welcome.

 

Green Streak Hair reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior at the owner’s discretion.

 

At this time, we will only be allowing one guest at a time in the loft.

 

We require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service fee.

 

We have a 15 minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be late, even if it’s a minute or two, please call to leave a message/send a text to (240)994-1790 as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late and are not able to be accommodated, you are required to reschedule for another date and time. Your appointment will be considered cancelled with less than 24-hour notice, and you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service fee. 

 

If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to at roya@greenstreakhair.com, or (240) 994-1790. Monetary refunds will not be made for services rendered; however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color corrections do not apply to adjusted color appointments.

 

We are happy to return any retail products purchased in-house within 7 days of the original purchase date. No cash value is given and an in-salon credit of 100% of the product value will be given.
